I am tring to find out about the rules of having a gas motor on nutting lake there have been some on the lake thy are not running them but they are still in the water even thought they have them pulled up . We have told people not to do this but they dont care . Does anyone know who to call ? thanks
I had lived in Billerica for the better part of 20 years. I live in Lowell now. My parents still live here, and I visit often. What I’ve noticed lately is that the vegetation along the back-roads has been growing over stop signs, street signs, vines creep along telephone and electric wires, and bushes grow out over corners making walking even more hazardous along any of the many roads still without sidewalks. I plan to write to the Minuteman, but to whom else can I write? I feel like whoever is in charge of that kind of thing is either being lazy, or maybe there isn’t enough money to have the roads kept safe. I’m merely concerned for friends and family living in Billerica.
